Reconnect with Mother Earth. Get involved in Wabano’s community garden program! There is no fee to register! The program offers weekly fun hands-on workshops that teach you about gardening and related topics (i.e. seed starting, seed keeping, garden design, soil). Cultural teachings are also a part of the community garden program.

Save money and eat healthy by ordering from the Good Food Box Program. Fresh fruit and vegetables are ordered on a monthly basis for $5, $10, $15, $20 or $25 – depending on what package you wish to order!

Diabetes Education Program

Learn more about nutrition for the management of diabetes. You can also be part of the Wabano diabetes education program if you are at high risk for diabetes by attending monthly nutrition workshops or booking an appointment with the dietitian.
