Description:Box Fit - skipping A combination of strength training exercises and boxing techniques to give you that extra fitness challenge. Box Fit will be lead by experienced boxer, Justin Holness.

Class length: 60 minutes

Day & Time: Thursday 5-6pm.

Location: Cultural Gathering Space, Wabano Centre, 299 Montreal Road
