Nature in Motion

Description: A very low impact class to reduce stress, and improve joint function, balance, and coordination. Great for those with limited mobility or for beginners. This class applies teachings from nature to the exercises. Suitable for individuals who use wheelchairs or who cannot stand for long periods of time.

Instructor: Nathaniel Parant

Class length: 30 minutes

Day & Time: Mondays and Wednesdays 10am-10:30am.

Location: Social Enterprise Space, 3rd floor, Wabano (299 Montreal Road)
