yogaDescription: Men and women of all ages can benefit from practicing yoga. Yoga helps increase flexibility, strength and balance – just to name a few!

Elizabeth Whissell, certified yoga instructor, will help you move into various yoga postures as well as make modifications if you experience back, knee, shoulder or other discomforts.

If you have never tried yoga, now is the time to experience this relaxing yet beneficial fitness class.

Mats are provided for use at the class, at no fee.

Class length: 60 minutes

Day & Time: Thursdays 6-7pm

Location: Wabano Centre basement, 299 Montreal Road
