Come and join an exciting and fun drumming exercise you are sure to have fun as we “drum” ourselves to fitness. This provides a workout that promotes physical, social, emotional, and cognitive health for all life stages. Come and get your heartbeat in sync with the drum 🙂

ANNOUNCEMENT:
Starting October drum classes will be offered every Tuesday, 6 p.m. – 7 p.m. and every Saturday, 10 a.m. – 11 a.m.!
Come and check it out and bring a friend to get into beat together as you improve your fitness with a fun exercise program.
We are also starting with some dates to bring the kids and take part as a family.
Please note: The drum class is cancelled for Oct 12 and 15th.
Next class will be Oct 19th, Oct 26th
November, 2nd, 9th, 16th and 30th
