Are you pregnant or just had your baby? Mom and Baby Yoga with Jacqui Wells is the space to feel good and do good. Jacqui is a yoga teacher, Shiatsu Therapist and Registered Holistic Nutritionist.
Together we will work with a variety of yoga postures and stretches that can include your little ones of any age. We will practice breathing exercises, meditation techniques and self-care rituals well suited for those of you absorbed in motherhood. This is a great opportunity for women to come together and share the experiences of our changing bodies in a safe space.
Beginner Level. Every body is a yoga body.
