This co-ed group will focus on a holistic approach to learn and benefit from traditional, as well as conventional means of healing. It will provide the medicine and tools that will help empower ourselves over drugs, alcohol and or violence, to help us overcome the trauma that has caused our spirits to be wounded.

Tuesdays – VIRTUAL
Wednesday – IN-PERSON 268 Bradley Ave.

Wabano programs are for First Nation, Inuit and Métis community members only. If a program is open to the general public, it will be specified. With open programs that have limited space, priority will be first given to Indigenous registrants.
