“Wasa-nabin” Youth Program

Programs for Indigenous Youth that emphasize fun, skill building, and culture!

Join us for Youth Circle every Monday from 5-7 PM. Youth can meet in the Grand Gathering Space at Wabano before heading to the Cedar Lodge on-site. Youth Circle provides Indigenous youth an opportunity to discuss anything that’s on their minds. Enjoy interesting conversation and a nice meal!

Soaring Eagle connects Indigenous youth to their culture through the power of the drum. This is a unique opportunity to learn about drumming, singing, and dancing styles while learning to play the drum itself. There will also be crafts, many of which focus on beading.  Come out and learn all about your culture in a fun, safe, and nurturing environment.
