The Wabano Centre is proud to host a weekend overnight cultural camp designed for boys aged 13 to 16. Set in the serene natural surroundings of Camp Capital in Dunrobin, Ontario (just 45 minutes from Ottawa), this unique experience offers youth the opportunity to stay in comfortable, rented cabins while immersing themselves in Indigenous culture and traditions.

Guided by esteemed traditional knowledge keeper and educator, Perry McLeod-Shabogesic, along with his partner facilitator, participants will engage in hands-on cultural activities that foster personal growth, community connection, and a deeper understanding of Indigenous teachings.

What to Expect:

✅ Hands-on cultural teachings and storytelling
✅ A safe and supportive space for learning and reflection
✅ Opportunities for creativity, personal growth, and connection to nature
✅ An unforgettable weekend immersed in Indigenous traditions
