Indigenous Diabetes Services
Learning how to live with Diabetes can be tricky, but our Diabetes team is here to help you through it. Our services are rooted in both Indigenous culture and sound medical practice, and are offered free of charge to Indigenous people.
Offered on-site and virtual, our Diabetes Nurse Educator and Registered Dietitian offer 1-1 support to help you understand, prevent, manage and treat Diabetes Mellitus. Our dedicated team provides you with self-management skills to live a healthy lifestyle, feel better and avoid complications from diabetes mellitus.

Diabetes Education Group
Our Wabano Diabetes Team offer weekly Diabetes Education Group Sessions. Weekly programming gives the opportunity to learn about diabetes, how it is treated and how to make positive changes that promote good health. Check our calendar for program days and times.
