Comprehensive medical services for everyone – from newborns to elders.

Mon – Fri: 9am – 5pm
Maternity Care
Pre- and post-natal support for you and your baby.

Wednesday: 9:20 am to Noon

If you are experiencing a medical emergency please call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room.
If you are a registered primary care client and require medical advice that cannot wait until the clinic is next open you can access our telephone on-call services:
Monday/Tuesday/Wednesday: 7:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m.
Thursday: 5:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m.
Friday: 4:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m.
Saturday/Sunday/Holidays: 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.

If you require medical advice when the on-call service is not available, please call Tele Health Ontario at
1-866-797-0000.

Healthcare System Navigation
It can be a challenge to navigate the healthcare system, but we can help. Our healthcare navigators will work with you to ensure you get access to the care you need when you need it.
Prescription Renewal and Receiving Test Results
If you need medication renewals, please call your pharmacy and have them send us a prescription renewal.
If you recently had a test at the Wabano Clinic and are looking for your results, communication of test results will be done if needed with your healthcare provider after their review with a booked appointment.
