Join Cree Artisan Harold Bosum at the Wabano Centre for a rare, hands-on cultural experience. Participants will learn the traditional craft of creating a standing Tamarack Goose Decoy, a skill passed down through generations.

This is an opportunity to connect with Indigenous heritage in a personalized learning environment. Spaces are strictly limited to ensure quality instruction, so early registration is recommended.

Important Information:

  • Location: Wabano Centre (299 Montréal Rd, Ottawa)
  • Group Size: Limited to 13 participants per session.
  • Eligibility: This program is limited to participants with proof of Indigenous ancestry or kinship connection.
  • Materials: All materials are provided. You will take your finished decoy home.
  • $25 registration fee for this workshop
