We are excited to have the summer season upon us and we will be offering summer day camps for Indigenous youth ages 7 to 12 in the month of July.

The first will is an exciting partnership with the CEPEO, TMSI and Wabano for an Indigenous Youth Sports & Culture Camp at the Blackburn Dome the week of July 8 to 12, 2024.   This a a bilingual camp camp and Wabano has 30 spots for our youth to participate in a host of sports.  All levels of ability are welcome to attend.

Wabano is also offering a Wabano Day Camp on July 16 to 19 and July 23 to 26 also for ages 7 to 12.

The Wabano Cultural Camps will meet at Wabano and have fun outings such as;

  • swimming at the beach
  • cultural teachings, crafts and games with knowledge keepers
  • on the land programming
  • Special outings
  • yummy lunch and treats and more

Come and join us in making memories.  Space is limited to 30 youth per week.
