If you are experiencing a medical emergency please call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room.
If you are a registered primary care client and require medical advice that cannot wait until the clinic is next open you can access our telephone on- call services on the weekends.
Saturday/Sunday/Holidays: 9 am to 5 pm

Another 24/7 option is to call the Ottawa Public Health to connect to a nurse for free health advice at 8-1-1 or for our community members who are hard of hearing or deaf at 7-1-1. You can also reach them online at http://Health811.ontario.ca

Healthcare System Navigation
It can be a challenge to navigate the healthcare system, but we can help. Our healthcare navigators will work with you to ensure you get access to the care you need when you need it.
Prescription Renewal and Receiving Test Results
If you need medication renewals, please call your pharmacy and have them send us a prescription renewal.
Please note that normal blood work results will not be routinely communicated to clients. Only results requiring follow-up or medical attention will be shared.
