Samantha is a Personal Development Consultant who specializes in teaching life skills grounded in traditional values. She will share Haudenosaunee knowledge on the importance of gardening, the Indigenous diet, and food sovereignty.

This workshop will cover beginner gardening skills, including seed starting, maintaining your garden, harvesting, and seed saving.
