Blending traditional and western sensorimotor healing practices, this workshop will allow connection with our body, mind and spirit through play and art therapy. The workshop will incorporate a bilateral drawing approach that supports body mapping in a trauma-informed way. It will feel like giving yourselves an internal massage with the goal of fostering deep connections to yourself and others.

This event is a 4 day workshop that is divided into two parts , each 2 days for a total of 4 days.

Date Part 1:  Nov 15th, 16th

Date Part 2:  Nov 22nd, 23rd

Time:  1 pm – 4 pm
