The Journey to Freedom Challenge is a fun and supportive aboriginal group therapy program designed to help individuals reduce their tobacco intake or quit altogether. Participants will join weekly online sessions focused on building coping strategies, staying motivated, and learning about tobacco addiction. The program offers personalized one-on-one support, free nicotine replacement therapy (NRT), and a chance to connect with others on the same journey. We will have guest speakers that have quit themselves and also other guests that have knowledge in smoking cessation and mental health.

The group that reduces their tobacco intake the most will win a grand prize! This friendly competition adds an extra incentive while celebrating each participant’s progress. With expert guidance, engaging sessions, and a supportive community, the Journey to Freedom Challenge makes quitting tobacco a rewarding and enjoyable experience.
