Join us for our Rooted in the Land community series called “Listening to the Inner Critic as a Teacher” with Dennis Windego.

In this circle, we’ll explore how the voice we often call the inner critic can also carry teachings. Rooted in the land and guided by Anishnaabe ways of reflection and story, Dennis will invite us to listen differently – with curiosity, compassion, and cultural understanding. Together we’ll share teachings, learn practical ways to shift our relationship with self-judgment, and reconnect with the wisdom that lives within us. This will be a welcoming, community-centered space filled with conversation, reflection and teachings grounded in culture and the land. All are welcome.
