Don’t miss this March Break Camp that is packed with fun that you can also learn from and build some great memories with friends.

This registration page is only for ages 7-12

Note: There are separate registrations for each age group.  

Where: The camp will be held at Wabano Centre for Aboriginal Health, 299 Montreal Rd., Earth Room.

When: All week from 9:30am – 12:00pm (except Friday is All Day) – March 11th to 15th, 2024
Friday we will be going to Domaine de l’Ange-Gardien. Be sure to dress appropriately for weather conditions and being out all day.

This is a March Break Camp that is meant to remind the youth of the importance of the spring season and how it is reflected in their own stage of life.

Some of the events include:

  • Opening with Perry McLeod-Shabogesic
  • Nature Walk and Scavenger Hunt at Mer Bleue
  • Making Dream Catchers with Ashley Clark
  • Rattle making with Pinook
  • Inuit games with William

Perry McLeod-Shabogesic of the “Crane Clan” is an Ojibway Anishinaabe from N’biising (Nipissing) First Nation (NFN). He has been an artist, cartoonist, writer, traditional helper, medicine harvester and cultural resource person in and around his community for many years.
