Join us for a youth-friendly day of Aagim-ikewin (snowshoeing) in the winter forest of Gatineau Park. Scheduled on an OCDSB PA Day, this cultural land-based event invites community members and families to connect with the quiet beauty of the winter season. Walk gently on the snow-covered trails, learn about traditional and contemporary uses of snowshoes, and spend restorative time together on the land.

Together, we will slow down, observe the sleeping landscape, and connect with the teachings that come from being in relationship with the natural world. No prior experience is needed—just a readiness to enjoy a day outdoors.
