Relapse Prevention Group – Wednesdays, 5:00–7:00 PM

This weekly Relapse Prevention Group is a supportive, co-ed space for Indigenous community members who are in recovery and want to strengthen their wellness journey. Geared toward those who have already quit and are focused on preventing relapse, the group offers practical tools, shared learning, and encouragement grounded in Indigenous ways of knowing.

Co-facilitated by Grandmother Louella, these sessions create space for reflection, connection, and building skills to support long-term recovery. Join us every Wednesday from 5:00 to 7:00 PM at 268 Bradley. A light dinner is provided.

Come learn, connect, and continue walking your path of recovery together.
