Relapse Prevention Group

This weekly Relapse Prevention Group provides a welcoming and supportive space for Indigenous community members who are committed to maintaining their recovery and strengthening their overall wellness. Designed for individuals who are focused on sustaining long-term recovery, the group offers practical relapse prevention strategies, peer support, and learning opportunities grounded in Indigenous knowledge and teachings.

Co-facilitated by Grandmother Louella, each session encourages reflection, connection, and the development of skills that support ongoing healing and resilience. Participants are invited to share experiences, learn from one another, and build a strong foundation for continued wellness.

Join us every Wednesday from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at 268 Bradley. A light dinner is provided.

Come connect, learn, and continue your recovery journey in a supportive community.
