Connect with the land, seasonal nourishment, and community. As part of our Seasonal Food & Wellness Program, we are heading outdoors to a local farm to explore seasonal harvesting, traditional food connections, and wellness through the guidance of the Medicine Wheel.

Schedule Note: This special daytime outing takes place in lieu of our regular Tuesday evening circle (5:00 PM – 6:00 PM)

This program is intended for First Nation, Inuit and Métis community members only.
Space is limited for off-site outings. Please register in advance to reserve your spot.

Please note that due to availability of horses they have at the farm, participants between 200-250lb need to be 6ft or taller. Horseback riding is not available for participants over 250lb. However, all participants can interact with the horses such as by walking, brushing and feeding them.
