Connect with the land, seasonal nourishment, and community. As part of our Seasonal Food & Wellness Program, we are heading outdoors to a local farm to explore seasonal harvesting, traditional food connections, and wellness through the guidance of the Medicine Wheel.

Schedule Note: This special daytime outing takes place in lieu of our regular Tuesday evening circle (5:00 PM – 6:00 PM)

This program is intended for First Nation, Inuit and Métis community members only.

We have reached full capacity for this event and registration is now closed. We have another outing on October 13th, register here.
