It’s Pibon! (Winter, also Biboon, Bibon) And so begins the time for Dreaming and Storytelling …

Indigenous YOUTH 13 to 18 years old: come explore topics that are relevant to YOU throughout the seasons through culture-based activities that may include:

– arts and crafts (painting, illustration, beading, making bundle items, dream catchers etc.)
– music (learning traditional songs, creating songs, playing hand drum, rattle, etc.)
– cooking (and eating)
– storytelling
– on-the-land and nature-based activities (hiking, harvesting, fishing, etc.)

Let us know what interests you! What would you really love to do and learn about?

Supper is provided (and bus tickets if needed).
New and returning youth are encouraged to join!

Elders/knowledge keepers will visit from time to time to share their gifts and wisdom.

January 30 there is no Wasa-nabin program.   Please consider signing up for the land base Ice Fishing program.
