Join us for a full-day cultural field trip as we travel to Kanehsatà:ke to visit Knowledge Keepers David Gabriel and Cathy Beauvais at their home, where they will share teachings about traditional Haudenosaunee corn-washing and food preparation. This immersive learning experience will guide us through the cultural significance of white corn and how to make Mohawk corn soup, while connecting us to the land, our food, and our shared stories.
