If you are a pregnant mom or are taking care of a baby under 1 year, register through our perinatal program and come join our baby friendly exercise class. Using baby we will spend 30 minutes warming up, doing light exercises and then stretching! Combining the knowledge of our Health Promoter and Perinatal Program Coordinator, this class is perfect for expecting moms or full time caregivers to spend some time taking care of themselves!
Please note that this class should not be attended if a medical professional has advised you against strenuous perinatal or postpartum activity.
