Calling our Community members who are looking for a fun way to get fit.   Blends in the energy of drumming with some great beats and is a fun and energizing way to exercise and get ready for the Pow Wow Season.

Come and join an exciting and fun drumming exercise you are sure to have fun as we “drum” ourselves to fitness.  This provides a workout that promotes physical, social, emotional, and cognitive health for all life stages.   Come and get your heartbeat in sync with the drum 🙂

Come and check it out and bring a friend to get into beat together as you improve your fitness with a fun exercise program.
