A weekly, co-ed, confidential and in-person sharing circle utilizing the 7 Sacred Teachings, the Medicine Wheel and other traditional concepts as guiding principles to promote the healing and wellness of participants.

Light snack and bus tickets provided.

No registration is required for this group.

Wabano programs are for First Nation, Inuit and Métis community members only. If a program is open to the general public, it will be specified. With open programs that have limited space, priority will be first given to Indigenous registrants.
