Knitting and crochet are powerful tools for holistic health, we recognize that this rhythmic craft supports:

Mental Wellness: repetitive motion helps reduce stress and anxiety
Physical Health: working with our hands improves fine motor skills
Emotional Balance: completing projects boost self esteem and confidence
Spiritual connection: using wool is an important and traditional art form for Coast Salish communities
