The Tamarack Running/Walking Group (Training Before May 24th)
Starting April 28th, this running/walking group will be open to both staff and clients as we prepare for Tamarack Race Weekend on May 24th. We'll start with 2 KM and build up each week. A great way to stay active, enjoy the spring weather, and strengthen connections!
